| 抄録 | 異形断面線コイルばねの加工条件と素線の倒れの関係を明らかにするために、2本ピン式コイリングマシンによりだ円断面線のコイリングを行い、コイリング工具の立体的配置と成形されたコイルの素線の倒れとの関係を実験的に解析した。また、この解析結果に基づき倒れの小さいだ円断面線コイルの成形条件を明らかにした。 |
| Abstract | In order to study relations between a specific layout of coiling tools and inclination of ovate wire cross section in helical springs, experiments were made on an elliptic wire with a two-point coiling machine. As a result of the experimental analysis, layout of the tools have been made clear to keep the torsion within a small range. |
